Good Call Sports LLC Policies 

Welcome to Good Call Sports LLC, I am excited for the opportunity to help provide a service for all athletes. 

Registration- each participant must be registered on our website at GCSCFLcom.  

Payment Policies- Payments are due prior to Good Call Sports LLC rendering services. If appointment was booked online an invoice will be sent via email that was provided in the registration form. If payment is received in person, an invoice will be provided via email 24 hours after services have been rendered. 

Returned Checks- If checks are returned for insufficient funds a $45 fee will be added in addition to what is owed for services. 

Refund Policy- If athletes are non-attendant for a scheduled lesson there will be no refund issued. A written request will be required for the withdrawal of a student from class one week prior to the session starting or one month prior to year long programs in order to have refund applied. Should Good Call Sports LLC deem it necessary to de-register a participant a refund would be issued after deduction of classes already attended (up to and including classes missed on own accord).

Equipment- all participants must be prepared for their lesson, training or games with proper safety and athletic equipment.  Athletes must arrive for trainings, lesson or games in athletic gear (gym shorts, sweat pants, t-shirts etc.) and will need to wear proper footwear (sneakers, turf shoes, cleats). For the safety of the participant and staff if the athlete does not come properly equipped, Good Call Sports staff holds the right to forfeit lesson and a refund will not be provided. 

Lessons run for 40 minutes and may not always be on the actual field. Space will be utilized upon availability at that remote location. If location is not available that was originally booked Good Call Sports LLC holds the right to move remote location the day of the lesson in order to better serve the customer. 

Make-up lessons/Cancelations- All of our lessons are outside and sometimes we encounter weather that may cause the lesson to be rained out. If lessons are canceled due to inclement weather a makeup lesson will be added and the funds from the canceled lesson will be used towards the makeup.

Cancelations/rescheduling must be made in writing a minimum of two hours before lesson start. If Good Call Sports LLC does not receive this information then it will count towards a full lesson. If cancelation notice is received two hours before, payment can be used towards next lesson or a full refund will be provided. 

It is mandatory that parent or guardian remain for the entire lesson
